Club sessions

Please note that The Heights pool will be closed as from 31st December 2011 until June/July 2012 for major refurbishment. Please click here for information about alternative sessions during the closure.

There are pool sessions twice a week for club members at The Heights in Sandown.

Club members also swim at other times at The Heights in Sandown and at the Medina Leisure Centre in Newport, when there is public lane swimming. Although we don’t have exclusive use of a lane, it is a chance to swim with other club members.

Newcomers are welcome to come and join us at any of the pool sessions – just turn up and introduce yourself.

Sunday – 8am to 9am

Public lane swimming – The Heights, Sandown

Tuesday – 7.30am to 8.30am

Club session – The Heights, Sandown

Wednesday – 8pm to 9pm

Public lane swimming – Medina, Newport

Thursday – 7.30am to 8.30am
