Pool sessions are available to Marlins members of all abilities. Newcomers are welcome to come and join us at any of the pool sessions – just turn up and introduce yourself.

THE HEIGHTS, Sandown

(Sessions are either £5.50 pay-as-you-swim or are included in the monthly standing order payment)

Tuesday and Thursday – 7.30am to 8.30am

Saturday – 4pm to 4.45pm
