Jack will be running another technique and coaching session at The Heights swimming pool.
Sessions are set every Monday evening for those who would like to follow a training programme. Lanes are available for swimmers who prefer to work to their own regime. The club also meets on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7.30am to 8.30am.
